Step 5 - Settle Batch
This tutorial will show you how to Settle a open batch. Keep in mind your bank might charge you each time you do a settle batch (check with your bank). Even though settling is done automatically the following business day. iDeposit.net recommends you do this manually, this way you don't have to worry about delays with the money being deposited into your checking account. . Follow the steps below to Settle your open batch.
Use the following steps to Settle an Open Batch.
- From the Home screen
- Tap Settle Batch
- This is the current open batch (all unsettled transactions)
- Tap on a transaction to review a signature or to re-email a receipt
- Tap View Signature
- *Take a screen shot of the signature by pressing the Hold and Home button at the same time (photo is located in the iPhone photos folder).
- Tap Email to send a copy of the receipt
- When you are ready to settle the batch, tap Settle
- Confirm Settle
